Applicable with effect from February 27, 2008, the new action plan for faster immigration will benefit professionals in 38 Priority Occupation List. The most significant point is applicants under this new Skilled Worker class will receive their Permanent Residency decision within 14-20 months as compared to previous processing times of 6 years or more.

The applicants who do not fall under the 38-occupation list would qualify under other categories like if they obtain Arranged Employment Opinion (AEO) or opt for Edu-Skilled category Programs or move as Temporary Foreign Workers that would qualify them for PR through new Canadian Experience Class.

In case if the applicant selects Arranged Employment option, Canadian Settlement Services (CSS) will guide and help in finding a suitable employer who can validate AEO from HRSDC. We can process visa application and apply for FAST TRACK immigration under Skilled Category with AEO.
